- Show-Rounds & Meetings – Conduct venue show-rounds and planning meetings, both in-person and virtually, keeping detailed notes.
- Supplier & Team Management – Work closely with suppliers and venue teams, ensuring everyone is prepared and aligned.
What you’ll need:
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously.
- IT proficient, comfortable with spreadsheets and quick to learn new systems (e.g. wedding planning software, CRM).
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills to build rapport with couples, suppliers, and team members.
- Responsible and confident, able to lead small teams and take ownership on event days, while closely following our internal processes.
