Hampton Estate Management is launching two ambitious new brands: Hampton Castle and Hampton Gardens. Backed by significant new investment, we’ll be scaling fast and need someone with strong finance and systems skills to help us grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Finance – Oversee bookkeeping and payroll (largely automated with cloud-based tools) and take ownership of all financial data across our systems, producing regular reports to track departmental budgets and KPIs.
- Systems – Manage the range of cloud-based tools we use (accounting, work management, and various other business software), ensuring new staff are onboarded, processes are documented, and all financial information is accurate and accessible.
- Compliance – Coordinate basic compliance tasks, working with our external advisors to ensure everything stays valid and up to date.
- Leadership – Work closely with the Directors and parent company to provide financial insights and keep company priorities on track.
What you’ll need
- Strong finance experience — accounting qualifications preferred.
- High level of confidence with modern technology and cloud-based systems.
- Organised, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset — you spot problems early and implement thoughtful, long-term solutions.
